The policy operated by Cegelec Cameroon in the area of human resources focuses on the development of skills, with training that brings together internal and external staff in the following disciplines:

· Fire detection
These training courses are aimed at both technical and supervision staff.
 A training room, equipped with television, tape machine and overhead projector.
